Growing up in Prescott, Arizona, Niles Benghauser has always been passionate about technology. From the moment his family got their first computer, Niles was captivated by the inner workings and couldn't resist tinkering. His curiosity led him to fix things when they went wrong, sometimes because of his own experiments and discover the logical connections that make technology work.
By his early teens, Niles had already built his own custom computer. At just 15, he earned his CompTIA A+ certification, quickly followed by the CompTIA Network+. After gaining experience with local IT providers, Niles recognized a gap in the industry, a need for quality customer experiences. In 2017, driven by a vision to fill this gap, he founded Sentry CTO to deliver dependable, client-focused IT services.
